Return are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase for garden flags, art prints and other Rescue Dogs Are Better products purchased from this site.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, first contact us. Please include the name you used to purchase your item and the date of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in exchange for an identical item.
Shipping
After contacting us, you'll be emailed instructions for returning your merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service like usps first class mail or usps priority mail when returning your merchandise.
